INFORMATION FOR NEW PATIENTS
Please do not use satellite navigation systems to find the clinic as you will be directed to an entrance which is locked.
DIRECTIONS
A2 from London:
- Turn left onto Charlton Way (B210)
- At end of Charlton Way continue forward at traffic lights into Vanbrugh Park
- Enter one way system (The Blackheath Standard); take the second exit on to Charlton Road (B210)
- The Rectory Field is 200 meters on right past flyover
Look out for our “Advanced Physiotherapy Centre” sign on the large black gates. Follow the signs along the driveway to the clinic. The clinic entrance is located on rugby pitch side of white buildings at the end of drive. Free parking anywhere inside the premises.
A2 towards London:
- Turn right at The Prince Charles roundabout (main roundabout at top of heath) on to Prince Charles Road
- At first set of traffic lights turn right on to Charlton Way (B210); continue forward into Vanbrugh Park
- Enter one way system (The Blackheath Standard); take the second exit on to Charlton Road (B210)
- The Rectory Field is 200 meters on right past flyover

From Lewisham or Blackheath Village:
- Enter Blackheath Village
- With Blackheath station on your left follow the one way system up Tranquil Vale
- Turn right on to Royal Parade
- Continue forward to mini roundabout, turn left on to Prince Charles Road
- At The Prince Charles roundabout (main roundabout at top of heath) continue straight ahead on to Prince Charles Road
- At first set of traffic lights turn right on to Charlton Way (B210); continue forward into Vanbrugh Park
- Enter one way system (The Blackheath Standard); take the second exit on to Charlton Road (B210)
- The Rectory Field is 200 meters on right past flyover

- Take the A2 exit towards London (The Sun in the Sands roundabout)

- Enter one way system (The Blackheath Standard); take the second exit on to Charlton Road (B210)

By Rail to Westcombe Park Station:
- Exit station main entrance (if coming from London you will need to use subway under railway line)
- Turn left and walk to end of Station Crescent
- Turn right on to Westcombe Hill
- Continue to top of Westcombe Hill (Blackheath Standard one-way system) and turn left onto Charlton Road (20 minutes walk in total)
By Bus:
- No 53 Bus from Central London to Woolwich; alight on Charlton Road, opposite the entrance to The Rectory Field
- No 54 Bus from Blackheath Station to Woolwich; alight on Charlton Road, opposite the entrance to The Rectory Field
- No 422 Bus from North Greenwich (Tube) Station (near the Dome); alight on Charlton Road, opposite the entrance to The Rectory Field
- No 108 Bus from North Greenwich (Tube) or Blackheath Station (BR); alight at Blackheath Standard and continue forward on Charlton
By DLR to Lewisham Station:
- No 380 Bus from outside station on Lewisham Road; alight at Blackheath Standard and continue forward on Charlton Road (directions above)
